Our Church Organization

Below is a brief description of each of the Federated Church of Wauconda's
     Commissions and Committees

The Federated Board oversees all of the Commissions and Committees.  Each Commission and
Committee has a voting representative on the Board which meets to share information, approve projects
that cost more than $300, make major decisions concerning church life, and make plans for the future.

The Trustees are responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the church building and grounds.
They meet monthly to discuss and approve projects, and to discern the progress of said projects.  All
changes in the building and grounds come before the Trustees for approval.

The Staff Parish is responsible for the relationship between the church and its staff.  It is the "hiring
and firing" group as well as the one which monitors job performance.  All comments and questions about job
performance of the staff should be brought before this group.
