Learn - Walk - Create

Labyrinths, unlike mazes, have a single, unobstructed path that leads to the center and back out again. Walking deliberately and slowly can quiet the mind, relax the body, and rejuvenate the spirit. Holy Apostles Episcopal Church and the Federated Church of Wauconda invite you to learn more about labyrinths, walk an indoor labyrinth (or use a finger labyrinth), create labyrinth art, and join together in a peace circle to conclude the afternoon. Registration is limited to 35 attendees!

Our facilitator and guide is Janice Lewis, an advanced-certified labyrinth guide with Veriditas, a certified Pastoral Care Specialist, and a certified mindfulness practitioner. She is a Past President of the World Labyrinth Society.
